work.place.create. are a small, but perfectly formed design team of passionate and dedicated experts in their field. As a team we drive on one another to deliver creative design solutions that add value, whilst exceeding expectations. Outside of work, our interests cover a myriad of pursuits which include coaching Paddlesport, dancing the lindy hop and finding the next great Californian wine!

Nick Viner

Founder of work.place.create.

Nick is a Chartered Architect and has over twenty years’ experience in construction designing a myriad of building types across Europe and the United Kingdom. After a successful career in both large real estate firms and global architecture practices, he set up work.place.create. in 2016 with a desire to deliver the highest quality spaces that allow people to thrive. Nick has an innovative and pragmatic approach, which resonates with his long-standing clients. He tempers creativity with technical excellence and an eye for detail in the delivery of each and every project.

When he is not at work: One of Nick’s biggest passions is travel “Ten years ago my wife and I drove through California, stopping off at or two vineyards along the way. This sparked off another passion, which is the pursuit of amazing Californian wines to try!”.

Cardine Hollowell

Creative Director

Cardine joined work.place.create. as a Creative Director early into its inception following periods of employment at two high profile firms of architects and designers. Cardine leads the design process on all projects and leverages her fourteen years’ experience at every opportunity to deliver creative, efficient and transformative design solutions for her clients. She is adept at the full life cycle of projects and takes as much personal pride in delivering the final product on site as she does generating the initial concept.

And when she is not at work: Cardine is a qualified paddlesport coach and volunteers her time coaching young people and adults associated with the Sea Cadet Core in her role as Civillian Instructor. Cardine is an aficionado of live music and has seen an enviable list of top bands. Her attendance at gigs has tapered off recently, as her new puppy Luna has taken up a lot of Cardine’s free time.

Jasmine Gall

Interior Designer

As an Interior Designer at work.place.create. Jasmine is responsible for designing inspiring, creative and stimulating spaces for our clients. Utilising her previous experience working in the design and build sector, Jasmine is skilled at working effectively at a fast past and is adept at tempering quality design solutions with the commercial realities of projects. Jasmine experience includes leading smaller projects on her own as well as supporting the Directors on larger commissions.

And when she is not at work: Jasmine is a highly proficient lindy-hop dancer and has performed numerous times as part of her troupe in both the United Kingdom and Europe. We look forward to the next office party, when Jasmine can teach the rest of the team some basic steps!

Heidi Bruvik Westberg

Junior Interior Designer

Heidi joined work.place.create. as a Junior Interior Designer after completing her recent studies. Prior to this, she completed her Bachelor degree in International Hospitality Management and gained experience within the commercial sector whilst working for ‘Table Place Chairs’, where she co-designed and launched their flagship Clerkenwell showroom. Heidi has enjoyed this new chapter of joining work.place.create, where she supports the team and provides creativity throughout the design process.

And when she’s not at work: Heidi spends most of her free-time out in nature, exploring London’s entertainment scene or off visiting family and friends in different countries. On Sundays she volunteers her mornings walking the dogs up for adoption at the Whittingham Greyhound Rescue.
