2023 has been a superb year for work.place.create. and we’ve worked on a number of different projects! An exciting development this year has been exploring initial design concepts for a large scale development within the global brewing industry.

work.place.create. are excited to present this recently completed project in the West End! Investment management firm Beach Point Capital were looking to expand their London office, moving just round the corner from their existing location to the well-known Curzon Street.

work.place.create. are currently supporting a new client to the business with their workspace accommodation needs. This client is a charity, doing crucial work within the education sector.

work.place.create. are excited to be involved in the design and refurbishment of this prime office building in Solihull which is nearing completion. We’re looking forward to sharing the final outcome!

work.place.create. recently completed a new project at Russell Square, supporting a client with a high speed and cost effective move to a smaller office space, split across two separate suites. This office was designed to become a warm and inviting space, encouraging staff to utilise the office and inspire an in-person, collaborative way of working.

Prior to the first pandemic lockdown in March 2020, work.place.create. successfully completed the fit-out of 7,500 square feet of office space for one of the countries largest independent manufacturer of secondary glazing, Selectaglaze. Our role was to encourage new ways of flexible working within an established organisation.

From applying the first pen to paper in March 2013, the new headquarters building for MSSC in Lambeth has recently reached its completion on site, reflecting a nine year commitment by work.place.create. to the charity.

work.place.create. provided pro-bono design advice to the Ruth Strauss foundation on two key sporting sites in London. The foundation, which supports families facing the death of a parent from cancer as well as driving the need for more research into non-smoking lung cancers, needed design advice for the fitout of corporate boxes at both the Oval and Lords Cricket grounds.

The work.place.create. team supported Mace Interiors with the technical design and delivery of a new marketing and project hub for the major UK developer British Land in Canada Water.

Working in partnership with Knight Frank, Overbury and GDM Partnership, our team have designed a flexible 8,500 square foot office for the Stephenson Harwood business services team to occupy. The proposed agile working environment will be fully open plan, with no private offices.

work.place.create. worked with a confidential developer client in South London to assist in the design and delivery of 25,000 square feet of new CAT A  office accommodation. Our role was to provide different design options for key spaces such as the client facing reception and communal tenant spaces within a series of combined buildings with both historic & new structures and many quirks!
