work.place.create. were appointed to create a concept design for Downscroft House, private residential property in Cheam, Sutton. The house is a unique contemporary modernist property, built in 2007 and offering 7.500 square feet over three floors. The property is fitted with high-end finishing and modern-day technology within. This home is arguably one of Cheam’s most high-profiled properties, set in close to half an acre of superb landscaped gardens. Downscroft House is a breath-taking residence, combining stunning contemporary architecture with high quality construction and cutting-edge technology, culminating to create a truly unique family home.

work.place.create. worked with the client to re-organise some of the existing internal layouts. The team designed bespoke elements of high end joinery and put together a fully co-ordinated palette of materials that would help create a comfortable home for the whole family to enjoy. work.place.create. also provided recommendations for upgrades to key building service systems and worked with specialist consultants to integrate modern features such as a home cinema and sauna room.
