Strutt & Parker

Working in partnership with Copper Projects, work.place.create. led the final design and implementation of a bespoke new customer facing residential agency office for Strutt & Parker. The new building extended across two floors with the hot desks, reception and agency provisions on the ground floor and a more standard workplace on the first floor. An essential part of the brief was for the look and feel of the interior to match other properties within the Strutt & Parker real estate portfolio.

In a highly competitive market place, the Strutt & Parker brand had to be prominent from the streetscape. The reception also had to be welcoming and reflect the wider core purposes and values of the corporate brand. The potential of the interior was maximised with clever design solutions and creation of dedicated working spaces, which addressed  the problem of the selected space being a former restaurant, which could have meant significant compromises in the quality of the final design.
