work.place.create. worked in partnership with the contractor Epiphany to create a sleek new showroom and0 office space for commercial oven manufacturer Unox UK Ltd. The site in the Watchmoor Business Park in Camberley consisted of a large warehouse space with two storey office accommodation to one corner. The building has just undergone a sustainable refurbishment, with a strict carbon neutral policy to any intervention works.

The office accommodation reflected the industrial nature of the building and selection of carbon neutral materials. On the upper floor the client required a simple installation of open plan desking, two meeting rooms and a T point with breakout space seating. On the ground floor, the CAT A works had created an open and unheated undercroft area originally designed for storage only. In this space, the client wanted to create a showroom and educational suite with fully working kitchens for food prep demonstrations using their equipment. work.place.create. followed the client’s neutral branding palette to create sleek, functional and pared back spaces that allow the product to be the main focus.
