work.place.create. were appointed into lead consultant role for the design and delivery of a new agile workplace, that will support the continued growth of CooperVision’s business in the Nordic region. The scheme needed to relate to the aesthetic and culture of the Scandinavian countries as well as showcase key eyewear products to visitors. The office design needed to be both original and innovative, whilst facilitating improved interaction and communication between staff. Our proposal integrated dedicated project spaces for brainstorming of ideas and relaxed spaces for informal meetings and effective collaboration. Our efforts in creating a benchmark design for this design led to a roll out across other European location including Milan, Madrid and Liege.
